貴州省農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析
摘要：對(duì)貴州省農(nóng)村的養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了考察，認(rèn)為貴州省農(nóng)村老齡化程度嚴(yán)重，老年人生活狀況不容樂觀，同時(shí)家庭養(yǎng)老的傳統(tǒng)模式受到挑戰(zhàn)。此外，本文在全面梳理發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家農(nóng)村社會(huì)保障的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)和具體實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合貴州省農(nóng)村特殊的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)際，從不同視角深入分析了當(dāng)前貴州省農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保障進(jìn)程中存在的突出問題，介紹了東部地區(qū)農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)開展的情況和值得借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，探討了貴州省農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保障在今后建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)和方向，以及如何構(gòu)建貴州省農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老保障體系。

Investigation of the Social Pension Insurance In Guizhou Province’s Rural
Abstract: The authors have investigated the status quo of the aged support in the countryside of GuiZhou holding that aging degree is severe, there is nothing optimistic about the living conditions of the aged and at the same time the traditional mode to support the aged in the family is being challenged. Except all above, this paper, on the bases of clears up the correlative theory and practical experience in developed country about rural social security; links the special developmental practice of immense countryside in GuiZhou; analyzed severe problems existed in actual rural provide for the aged in countryside in –depth from different views; has introduced expansion and worthness experience of rural social endowment insurance in east countryside; has discussed emphases and direction of build rural social endowment insurance in GuiZhou in future; and has also discussed how to build rural social endowment insurance in GuiZhou.
