論鋼琴演奏中的心理放松

［摘要］演奏過(guò)程中是否做到放松是衡量演奏藝術(shù)水平高低的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。放松可分為生理放松和心理放松，心理放松是放松的高級(jí)階段，要使演奏水平的提高達(dá)到質(zhì)的飛躍，做到心理放松是最關(guān)鍵的。本文通過(guò)探討影響心理放松的因素以及怎樣做到心理放松，希望能夠引起音樂(lè)愛(ài)好者、鋼琴學(xué)習(xí)者和鋼琴?gòu)慕陶叩淖銐蛑匾暎逛撉傺葑嗾叩难葑嗨接兄|(zhì)的提高。
