面試英語(yǔ)：?jiǎn)柕絺�(gè)人能力不要說(shuō)太浮夸的詞
個(gè)人能力是面試中必問(wèn)的問(wèn)題之一。面試官通常會(huì)問(wèn)你對(duì)自己能力的評(píng)價(jià)，優(yōu)點(diǎn)、缺點(diǎn)、成就等等。回答問(wèn)題的時(shí)候注意一定要簡(jiǎn)潔、說(shuō)到點(diǎn)子上，不要一說(shuō)到自己就談個(gè)沒(méi)完或是背簡(jiǎn)歷。也不要說(shuō)一些太浮的詞。下面是Ben 和Tom 對(duì)面試官的回答，相信對(duì)大家都有借鑒意義。
Dialogue 1
Watson: What is your greatest strength?
Ben: I think I am very good at planning. I manage my time perfectly so that I can always get things done on time.
Watson: What are your weak points?
Ben: When I think something is right, I will stick to that. Sometimes it sounds a little stubborn but I am now trying to find a balance between insistence and compromise.
Watson: What are your greatest accomplishments?
Ben: Although I feel my greatest accomplishments are still ahead of me, I am proud of my involvement with the International Business Conference '93 project. I made my contribution as part of that team and learned a lot in the process.
Watson: Can you work under pressure?
Ben: Yes, I find it stimulating. However, I believe in planning and proper management of my time to reduce panic deadlines.

1. What is your greatest strength? 你最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么？記住，這里問(wèn)的是最大的'優(yōu)點(diǎn)，而不是讓你羅列出你的全部?jī)?yōu)點(diǎn)。
2. 要挑一條你認(rèn)為最能吸引考官的優(yōu)點(diǎn)來(lái)說(shuō)。What are your weak points? 你的弱點(diǎn)是什么，Ben回答說(shuō)如果他認(rèn)為某事是正確的，他就會(huì)堅(jiān)持己見(jiàn)，但是他現(xiàn)在正想辦法改變這種固執(zhí)的脾氣。這里不僅要告訴考官自己的缺點(diǎn)，還要告訴考官自己正在改正這個(gè)缺點(diǎn)，這能給人留下知錯(cuò)就改的好印象。
3. 考官繼續(xù)問(wèn)What are your greatest accomplishments? 你最大的成就是什么？Ben很謙虛，他說(shuō)"我認(rèn)為我的最大成就還未出現(xiàn)"，I feel my greatest accomplishments are still ahead of me. 他接著又描述了自己在"九三國(guó)際商務(wù)會(huì)議"這個(gè)活動(dòng)中的表現(xiàn)和收獲。
Dialogue 2
Snow: What are your strong points?
Tom: I have very strong powers of observation. I can generate interesting ideas from minor things and once the idea is formed, I have strong urge to put it into action.
Snow: What is your weakness?
Tom: I always give each job my best, so when others are not pulling their weight, I become frustrated.
Snow: Are you more of a follower or a leader?
Tom: I don't try to go ahead of people and lead them. I'd rather cooperate with everybody else, and get the job done by working together.
Snow: How do you deal with those who you think are difficult to deal with?
Tom: I stick to my principles and keep to the rules. Sometimes, they just lack enthusiasm and I get them involved with something constructive. Some of them later change their attitudes.

1. What are your strong points? 也是詢問(wèn)“你的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是什么？”
2. What is your weakness? 和What are your weak points?一樣。回答這個(gè)問(wèn)題的時(shí)候，大家不要傻傻地把自己的缺點(diǎn)就說(shuō)出去了，說(shuō)的不好可能就此毀掉了一個(gè)好offer。在選擇缺點(diǎn)的時(shí)候，要選擇那些正面看是優(yōu)點(diǎn)、反面看是缺點(diǎn)的。比如Tom回答的他工作太勤奮、太忘我，對(duì)于一個(gè)公司來(lái)說(shuō)，員工工作勤奮肯定是會(huì)受到肯定的，勤奮帶來(lái)的小小問(wèn)題公司也能夠理解，至少不會(huì)在面試的時(shí)候就把你pass掉。
4. Can you work under pressure? 你可以在壓力下工作嗎？因?yàn)楣ぷ鞯膲毫κ遣豢杀苊獾模钥脊傧胫滥阍诠ぷ鲏毫Ψ矫娴南敕āen的回答很好，他說(shuō)，壓力可以轉(zhuǎn)化為動(dòng)力，而且只要正確利用時(shí)間，壓力是可以克服的。這句話大家也可以直接拿來(lái)用。
