　　一、用法不同

　　there be 表示某個時間或地方存在某人或某物，而have表示主語擁有某人或某物，作賓語的某人或某物屬主語所有。

　　二、結構不同

　　there be + sb./sth. +時間/地點(副詞或介詞短語);sb./sth. + have +sb./sth. else

　　There are some children in the garden.

　　花園里有幾個孩子。

　　She has three cars.

　　她擁有三輛汽車。(汽車是屬于她的)

　　■ 相同之處

　　1. 表示某物體在結構上裝有配備有固有時，兩者均可用。如：

　　A clock has a round face.= There is a round face on a clock.

　　鐘面上有一個圓型的鐘盤。

　　Each house on the street has a small yard.= There is a small yard in each house on the street.

　　這條街旁的每棟房子都有一座小花園。

　　2. 當have表示包括時，可以用 There be 替換。如：

　　A week has seven days. =There are seven days in a week.
