      首先,在簡歷正文后面緊接著將回答問題的紙張帶上,不要將其放到靠后的位置,比如第一頁是簡歷正文,第二頁是案例,第三頁是證書,第四頁才是回答問題的紙張。應(yīng)該將回答問題的紙張放在第二頁,因?yàn)檫@是企業(yè)點(diǎn)名要求的東西,所以你應(yīng)該將其放到靠前的位置。當(dāng)然也不用將其放在簡歷正文的前面,因?yàn)楹啔v有簡歷的格式,一般出現(xiàn)在最前面的不是封面就是求職信、或者簡歷正文。不要只記得企業(yè)的問題就忘記了簡歷的基本格式,要懂得大體以什么為主再去做好局部的工作。

      其次,就是怎么回答企業(yè)提出的問題,這里就說說幾個原則,第一,回答企業(yè)的任何問題都不能對企業(yè)有關(guān)的東西進(jìn)行攻擊,哪怕企業(yè)要求你對其缺陷進(jìn)行評價。比方企業(yè)問你怎么看待其在業(yè)務(wù)拓展方面緩慢這個問題,你不能真的'去說企業(yè)在哪些方面不足,其實(shí)你可以轉(zhuǎn)換下說話的角度,企業(yè)想你說其不好的地方,那你可以說企業(yè)怎么做可以令其業(yè)務(wù)拓展速度加快。你可以提出解決這個問題的一些措施,如此既做到了回答問題又提出了實(shí)質(zhì)性的措施,利用這個措施還可以展現(xiàn)你的個人能力是不是?第二,不要以一種高姿態(tài)回答問題,而應(yīng)該以一種下級對上級進(jìn)行建議的方式回答問題。
