　　先說明一下這個是北美的職位，是一個叫executive management analyst的program，主要是培養神馬future leaders滴~~~

　　一面基本是是basic behavioral questions，題目如下：

　　HR姐姐直接忽略自我介紹，問了why HSBC，why this program and what do you think about the rotating every 6 month?

　　第二個問題，what‘s your past experience make you qualified for this program? 我吹了神馬leadership啊，multitasking啊~~~

　　第三個問題，take initiative to a achieve a better goal

　　第四個問題，tell me about a time when you impletement a new thing or develop a new method...

　　第五個問題，tell me about your biggest accomplishments

　　第六個問題，how to deal with conflict situation in a team

　　第七個問題，mistakes i made to cause negative impact to a team!

　　貌似就介么多了~~~
