在簡歷中突出自己的成果
如果你茫然地盯著自己的簡歷，不知道怎樣提高，這就是你的答案：集中在成果上。寫工作經(jīng)歷的時候，詳細敘述你工作的結(jié)果或成果。畢竟結(jié)果才是潛在雇主們想通過雇用某人所得到的。把你在工作中取得的成就制作成圖表，你就越有可能得到你想要的——更多的面試通知電話。
“簡歷是一個推銷工具，”擁有13年在不同領(lǐng)域招聘經(jīng)驗的新澤西MRIofMountainside高級業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理JanBriggs說，“我總是建議候選人在簡歷中加入成就這一項，因為它們比工作職責(zé)更切實。如果有人的簡歷中有成就這一項，它們將被放入細讀的那一堆。他們至少會進入有希望的那一堆。
考慮到被招聘經(jīng)理篩下去的堆積如山的簡歷，進入有希望的那一堆真是一件好事情。這意味著你已經(jīng)闖過了第一關(guān)，以后有機會被細讀了。

使用對比
把你的表現(xiàn)和你的同事、其他商業(yè)團體或競爭對手的表現(xiàn)作比較來證明你創(chuàng)造了優(yōu)秀的結(jié)果�？纯词褂脤Ρ扰c單純的事實相比之下的影響力：

使用數(shù)字
使用數(shù)字來說明你工作的效果。用在陳述的前后可以說明數(shù)字是如何闡明觀點的：
